Flip 7 score sheet

For each player, type the sum of their number cards, tick x2, add bonus cards, a Flip 7 or a bust. The maths and the race to 200 points are handled for you.

How to use the Flip 7 score sheet

Enter 2 to 8 player names. At the end of each round, for every player who did not bust, type the sum of their number cards, tick “x2” if they hold the multiplier, add their bonus cards (+2, +4, +6, +8, +10) and tick “Flip 7” if they collected 7 different number cards. For a player who busted, tick “Bust”: the round is worth 0. Each player’s round score shows up before you add the round.

The game is saved on your device. Made a mistake? “Undo round” removes the last round added.

How Flip 7 scoring works

For every player still in at the end of the round, always score in this order:

  1. Add up the number cards (0 to 12).
  2. Double that sum if the player holds the x2 card. It only doubles number cards.
  3. Add the +2, +4, +6, +8 and +10 bonus cards.
  4. Add 15 points if the player flipped 7.

A player who draws a number they already have, with no Second Chance card to cancel it, busts: they score 0 for the round, bonus cards included.

Player’s cards Round score
12, 9, 5 and +4 26 + 4 = 30
11, 8, 3, x2 and +6 22 x 2 + 6 = 50
7 different numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) 42 + 15 = 57
Duplicate number, bust 0

Winning at 200 points

The game ends after the round in which at least one player reaches 200 points. The highest total wins. If players are tied for first, play one more round: the score sheet tells you when.

Flip 7 rules in short

On your turn, you either take another card or stay and bank your points. Number cards add up, but a duplicate number makes you bust. Action cards shake things up: Freeze forces a player to stay, Flip Three makes a player take three cards in a row, and Second Chance saves you from one duplicate. Seven different number cards end the round at once and earn the 15-point Flip 7 bonus.

Frequently asked questions

Does the x2 card double bonus cards?

No. The x2 only doubles the sum of number cards. The +2 to +10 cards and the 15-point Flip 7 bonus are added afterwards.

Does the 0 count towards a Flip 7?

Yes. The 0 is a number card: it scores nothing but counts as one of the 7 different cards.

Does a player who busts keep their bonus cards?

No. A bust scores 0 for the round, including bonus cards and the x2.
